atlas release notes - week to 7th august

Here are the Atlas release notes for the week to 7th August.

The following items have been deployed to production:

• BBC schedule ingest improvements
• Performance improvements to equivalence
• Improvements to equivalence for Channel 5
• Fix to API explorer in IE8

The following items have been deployed to staging, for a future production release:

• Initial version of 4.0 schedule
• New version of atlas-model
• Common bootstrapping for new Atlas components
• Move to new feed from PA
