atlas release notes - week to 31st january

Here are the Atlas release notes for the week to 31st January. The following items have been deployed to production:

• Ingest updates to episode images from Press Association

The following items have been deployed to staging for release to production next week:

• Add weighting and is_supervised attributes to topic relationships
• Topics now have a single publisher
• Stability improvements for long-running equivalence jobs
• Related links now separately identify links to social accounts, such as Twitter and Facebook

We hope to announce topics (with data) in production next week, so keep your eyes peeled for a blog post on that soon.
