atlas release notes - week to 27th march

Here are the Atlas release notes for the week to 27th March. The following items have been deployed to production:

• Full re-ingest of all BBC data
• PA close entries now have the correct media_type
• Fix for missing genres in XMLTV feed
• Fix for missing BBC series numbers
• Fix to schedule population for some items

The following items have been deployed to staging, for a future production release:

• Improvements to iTunes equivalence
• Changes to RadioTimes film ingest
• Change to the feed from PA so that roles do not appear in character names
